Extend Your Stay
Would you like to enjoy a little more of Málaga?
Guests are welcome to extend their stay by an additional night and enjoy the city at their own pace.
Your Costa Glow experience includes 2 nights (3 days) of accommodation at a centrally located 4-star hotel. Any additional nights are arranged and paid for independently.
If you choose to extend your stay through Sunday, your private airport transfer can be adjusted to accommodate your revised departure schedule at no additional cost.
What You Book Directly: Your Flights
Costa Glow provides the hosted experience, private transfers and 2 nights of hotel accommodation.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights and appropriate travel insurance, either independently or through our recommended partner travel agency. This gives you the freedom to choose the airline and travel arrangements that suit you best.
Following registration, we will provide recommended arrival and departure windows to help you coordinate your flights smoothly with the Costa Glow itinerary and private transfers.
Airline Disruptions
Costa Glow is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues or other disruptions caused by third-party airlines.
However, if an unexpected flight change affects your Costa Glow arrangements, our concierge team will do its best to provide practical assistance and coordinate with our private chauffeur service, where possible, to adjust your transfer arrangements.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes appropriate cover for flight disruption, cancellation and other unforeseen personal circumstances.
Optional Medical Consultations & Treatments
Private consultations, clinical assessments and aesthetic treatments are entirely optional and are not included in the Costa Glow Experience price.
Should you wish to arrange a consultation or treatment with Dr. María Lourdes Yagües, appointments are conducted privately and independently with the medical practitioner.
Any consultation or treatment is contracted directly between the client and the medical provider and is paid directly by the client.
Costa Glow does not participate in medical decision-making, determine treatment suitability or provide medical treatment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Third-Party Services
Certain elements of your Costa Glow experience involve advance bookings with independent local providers, including private transfers, Hammam Al Ándalus and the Michelin-starred restaurant.
More than 14 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled Thursday arrival, amounts paid by Costa Glow for eligible third-party services will be refundable, subject to a €50 non-refundable administration fee.
The administration fee covers booking administration, supplier coordination and the work involved in restructuring the group arrangements.
14 Days or Less Before Arrival
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable for these third-party services, as suppliers may have already committed resources and group reservations may no longer be transferable or recoverable.
Group Size & Experience
Costa Glow experiences are intentionally kept intimate, with a maximum of 10 participants.
This allows us to maintain the personal atmosphere, quality of service and sense of connection that are central to the Costa Glow experience.
Because many of our experiences involve advance group reservations, late cancellations can also affect supplier commitments and the overall organisation of the experience.
Changes by Third-Party Providers
While every effort is made to deliver the itinerary as described, individual venues or suppliers may occasionally need to make changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including operational issues, technical maintenance, weather or other unforeseen events.
Should this occur, Costa Glow will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable alternative of comparable quality and maintain the overall flow and character of your experience.
Itinerary Flexibility
The published itinerary is a sample itinerary and may be tailored according to group size, seasonal availability, venue availability and operational or logistical requirements.
Accommodation, presentation spaces, treatment locations and certain experiences may therefore vary from one Costa Glow group to another.
Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining or enhancing the quality, comfort and seamless flow of your experience.

Educational presentations relating to aesthetic treatments are provided by independent professionals. Any medical consultation, clinical assessment or elective treatment is provided independently by the appropriately qualified medical practitioner.
All medical advice, treatment decisions, medical services and related contractual arrangements remain solely between the client and the independent medical practitioner.
