Costa Glow Terms & Conditions
Leave the planning to us. Focus on your Glow.
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for the Costa Glow Flexible Gold Pass and related Costa Glow experiences.
By purchasing a Costa Glow experience, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. THE COSTA GLOW FLEXIBLE GOLD PASS
The Costa Glow Flexible Gold Pass costs €500 per guest, including 21% Spanish VAT.
The Pass provides access to the Costa Glow coordination, hospitality and concierge services described on the relevant Experience Fee page at the time of booking.
The Pass is intended to provide flexibility and personalised support rather than a fixed, all-inclusive travel package.
Services not expressly stated as included are not included in the Pass.
2. WHAT COSTA GLOW PROVIDES
Costa Glow acts as an experience organiser and coordinator, providing services such as:
- Experience planning and coordination
- Private airport transfer coordination
- Concierge support
- A private consultation with Dr. Yagües and administrative appointment coordination
- Welcome materials
- Assistance with selected third-party bookings and arrangements
- Certain services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
3. FLIGHTS
Flights to and from Málaga are not included in the Costa Glow Flexible Gold Pass.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights and ensuring that their travel arrangements are appropriate for the dates and itinerary selected.
Costa Glow may provide general guidance regarding suitable flight options and timings but does not act as the guest's airline or travel insurer.
4. ACCOMMODATION, RESTAURANTS & ACTIVITIES
Accommodation, restaurants, activities and other services are only included where expressly stated as included in the guest's selected experience.
Where requested, Costa Glow may provide concierge assistance with researching, coordinating or booking these services.
Third-party bookings remain subject to the individual provider's availability, prices, cancellation policies and terms.
5. MEDICAL & AESTHETIC SERVICES
Your initial private consultation with Dr. Yagües is included in the €500 Flexible Gold Pass. Any aesthetic treatment that follows, performed by Dr. María Lourdes Yagües, is an independent service and is not provided by Costa Glow.
Any such treatment is:
- Optional
- Separate from the Costa Glow experience
- Not included in the €500 Flexible Gold Pass
- Paid directly to the medical professional
The current fee for the optional INDIBA® & LED treatment is €390 + 21% VAT, payable directly to Dr. Yagües.
Costa Glow's role in relation to medical services is limited to administrative coordination and appointment scheduling.
Costa Glow does not:
- Provide medical or aesthetic treatment
- Diagnose medical conditions
- Prescribe treatment
- Determine medical suitability
- Make medical decisions on behalf of guests
Any decision regarding whether a consultation or treatment is appropriate rests solely with the treating medical professional.
Guests remain entirely free to accept or decline any medical consultation or treatment.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
The €500 Flexible Gold Pass may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided that Costa Glow has not already incurred non-refundable third-party costs specifically on behalf of the guest.
After the 7-day cancellation period, the Flexible Gold Pass is non-refundable.
Any third-party service already booked on behalf of the guest may be subject to that provider's own cancellation and refund conditions.
7. PASS VALIDITY & TRANSFERABILITY
The Flexible Gold Pass remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Pass is 100% transferable to a family member or friend, subject to prior notification to Costa Glow and confirmation of the new guest's details.
A transferred Pass remains subject to these Terms & Conditions.
8. ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY
Costa Glow carefully plans and coordinates each experience. However, arrangements may occasionally need to change because of:
- Weather
- Availability
- Operational requirements
- Supplier changes
- Circumstances outside Costa Glow's reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, Costa Glow will offer a suitable alternative of comparable quality.
Alternative arrangements remain subject to availability and the terms of the relevant provider.
9. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Certain services associated with a Costa Glow experience are delivered by independent third-party suppliers.
These may include, without limitation:
- Accommodation providers
- Restaurants
- Transport companies
- Activity providers
- Medical professionals
- Beauty and wellness providers
Each independent provider remains responsible for the service it supplies and may apply its own terms, conditions, schedules and cancellation policies.
Costa Glow will make reasonable efforts to coordinate these services and provide a seamless guest experience.
10. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended for all guests.
Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance before travelling, including cover appropriate to their individual circumstances and travel arrangements.
11. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking and contact information
- Advising Costa Glow of relevant practical requirements where necessary
- Arranging appropriate travel documentation
- Arranging their own flights unless expressly included in their selected experience
- Arranging suitable travel insurance
- Making their own decisions regarding optional medical, aesthetic and wellness services
12. GROUP SIZE
Costa Glow experiences are designed around small, intimate groups.
Group size and availability may vary according to the experience selected and the dates requested.
13. PRICING & VAT
The Costa Glow Flexible Gold Pass fee stated on the website includes 21% Spanish VAT (IVA).
Third-party services may have separate charges and conditions.
Where a third-party service is not included in the Costa Glow fee, the guest will be informed of the applicable cost before booking wherever reasonably possible.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Costa Glow may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applicable to a guest's booking will be those provided or made available to the guest at the time of booking, unless a subsequent change is required by applicable law.
15. COSTA GLOW'S COMMITMENT
Costa Glow is committed to creating an exceptional, thoughtfully organised and relaxed experience while respecting the independence of every third-party provider.
Our role is to make your time in Málaga feel as seamless, personal and enjoyable as possible.
We organise the details.

ADDITION TO TERMS & CONDITIONS: MULTI-PURPOSE VOUCHER REGULATION
LEGAL NATURE OF THE FLEXIBLE GOLD PASS
1.1. Regulatory Framework: The Flexible Gold Pass issued by COSTA GLOW is classified strictly as a Multi-Purpose Voucher (Bono Multiuso) in accordance with the provisions of EU Directive 2016/1065 and the transposed Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations (Ley 37/1992 del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido).
1.2. Absence of Immediate Tax Devengamiento: Because the Pass grants the buyer a 12-month period to fully customize and personalize their itinerary—and because the exact combination, location, and nature of the final hospitality, accommodation, leisure, and concierge services are unknown at the time of purchase—the target tax rate and specific VAT distribution cannot be determined at the moment of payment. Consequently, the initial purchase price of 500.00 € is treated as a non-taxable deposit/advance payment, and no VAT breakdown (cuota desglosada) will be reflected on the initial booking receipt.
1.3. Final Invoicing and VAT Execution: The formal, definitive commercial invoice containing the mandatory tax desgloses (applying 10% VAT for accommodation/restaurant bookings or 21% VAT for luxury transport and concierge management where legally applicable) will be generated only when the client formally redeems the voucher, selects their definitive travel dates, and locks in their personalized itinerary. The total price paid (500.00 €) is fully inclusive of all such final taxes.
1.4. Transferability and Gift Policy: In alignment with its flexible nature, the Flexible Gold Pass is 100% transferable and giftable to any third-party individual prior to the formal booking of dates. The transfer of the voucher does not alter its legal status as a multi-purpose token, and the final invoice will be issued to the specific beneficiary who redeems the experience in Spain.
1.5. Expiry and Non-Redemption: The voucher holds a strict validity of one (1) year (12 months) from the exact date of purchase. If the user fails to redeem the Pass within this 12-month timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, converting into a direct corporate indemnity income for the issuer, and liberating any underlying VAT obligations as no physical service was ultimately executed.
